Savannah's New Bed

April 21- Savannah moved into a "big girl" bed last night. She is so excited about her new bed & loves to play in it! She slept in her new bed last night & took a nap in it today. We have been talking about her new bed all week to prepare her and when you ask her about it the first thing she says is, "No out!" because Mommy & Daddy have been telling her she can't get out of it :) It seems to be working well though since both bedtime & naptime have been very easy so far!

Savannah & Gigi

April 8- Here is a picture of Savannah and Gigi being silly. Savannah had so much fun with Gigi while Mommy & Daddy were gone. They made Easter cookies, dyed eggs and went on an Easter egg hunt. Thanks Gigi!!

Bahamas Cruise

April 7- Mitch & I recently went on a short cruise to the Bahamas with a group of friends, while Gigi (Grandma Debi) stayed with Savannah. Here is a picture of our group at dinner on the ship. We had a great time & so did Savannah and Gigi!

Happy Feet

March 25- Here is a picture of Savannah trying to get as close as possible to the penguins. She would've jumped in the pool with them, had we let her!

Gettin' Inked

March 25- Savannah saw a little girl getting an airbrushed tatoo and insisted that she have one too. So we caved and let her pick out a kitty and then watched as she sat very still while gettin' inked. Here is a picture of Peanut showing off her first and LAST tatoo!

Shouka

March 25- Savannah's favorite part of Discovery Kingdom was by far the killer whale show. She was so excited to see Shouka the killer whale, she cheered the whole time!

Discovery Kingdom

March 25- Today we took Savannah to Six Flags Discovery Kingdom (formerly Marine World). They have all types of animals and sea life, plus all the other typical amusement park attractions. Here are some pictures of Savannah with some of the Looney Tunes characters.

Whale Watching

March 17- Mitch & Kandice recently escaped to Maui for a few days-- thanks to Papa & Pommy for babysitting! During our stay we were able to go whale watching-- it was absolutely amazing!

Watering the Flowers

March 22- Spring has sprung in Napa and Savannah is enjoying the beautiful weather. She has been spending every possible minute outdoors running around. Here is a shot of her watering the flowers-- or "howers" in Savannah speak.

Tumbling Class

March 10- Here are some pictures of Savannah at her tumbling class she recently started. Her favorite activities are jumping on the tumbling trampoline & playing with the parachute.

Cruisin'

February 26- Here is a great picture of Savannah relaxing in the car with not one, but two pairs of glasses on. One of them clearly belongs to Mr. Potato head, but for some reason she LOVES to wear them!

Christmas Robes

December 25- Savannah LOVES to wear her robe and when we all got new robes for Christmas from Oody & Grandad, she was insistent that everyone wear them. Here is a picture of Savannah and Daddy in their new robes on Christmas day.

Koi Fish

December 22- Here is a picture of Savannah playing with the Koi fish at Fashion Island. Some of the fish in the pond here are from her Great-Grandpa Coye's fish pond!

Cowgirl Christmas

December 19- Here is a picture of Savannah in one of her very favorite pairs of shoes in front of the little Christmas tree we got this year.

Ho!

December 3- Today we took Savannah to see Santa! We have been talking about Santa a lot lately and reading lots of Christmas stories, so she was really excited to say hello to Santa (or "Ho" as she affectionately calls him) and have her picture taken.

Barney

November 14- Savannah has become a huge fan of Barney-- or as she affectionately calls him "Barn". So.... we took her to see Barney live in concert. She was so excited to see Barney in person and had lots of fun dancing & singing along.

Trick-or-Treat!

October 31- Here is a picture of Tinkerbell getting ready to go trick-or-treating. Savannah had a lot of fun going door to door and quickly got the hang of collecting candy. She got to enjoy one piece of candy-- which she held on to for dear life. Once we finished trick-or-treating, she was quite the Halloween hostess and happily handed candy out to all the little ghosts and goblins that visited our house.
