August 13- Savannah went to the Napa County Fair this year and enjoyed a lot of firsts. She went on her 1st carnival ride, at which she kicked & screamed when it was time to get off. She also won her 1st gold fish and decided to name it Dorothy after Elmo's goldfish. But her favorite 1st was by far the ice cream cone, which she COMPLETELY devoured-- cone and all!
Savannah is no stranger to the camera and most often when she see's the camera she will stop whatever she is doing and say "Cheese!" Recently, Grandma Debi was trying to take some pictures of Savannah and she reciprocated the action by trying to take a picture of Grandma Debi with an old camera. She finally decided to put her camera down and let Grandma snap a shot.
August 7- After many restless trips with Savannah refusing to sleep in her porta-crib, she decided she really liked it at Grandma & Grandpa Coye's house. She slept really while we were visiting, but her favorite activity was running back and forth inside the crib, then smashing her face into the side.

August 7- While we were down in Orange County Savannah was able to play with her friend Natalie. Natalie is 4 months older than Savannah and her Mommy & Daddy are good friends of ours.
August 5- We recently spent a weekend down in Orange County celebrating Amber & Jake's wedding-- it was a very anticipated event since they've been dating 9 years!! We had a great time at the wedding and were so happy to be a part of their big day. Here is a picture of the beautiful bride and the happy couple sharing their first dance as husband and wife.
July 23- Today our friend Stephanie brought her daughter Amelia over to play with Savannah and take a buddy picture. Amelia is two months older than Savannah, so she had a lot to teach Savannah. Here's a photo of them taking a breather and getting ready for the next round of FUN.
July 16- The Water Baby looks as though she has begun training for the 2020 Olympics. She isn't set on an event, but if things continue I'm sure she will be a sprinter! Nevertheless, Savannah loves to swim and has NO fear of the water. Our only concern is she is more confident in her swimming ability than we are.
July 14- Uncle Kevin & Auntie Karin came to visit this weekend. Savannah had lots of fun showing her Aunt & Uncle all of her toys and playing in HER house!
July 6- This is Savannah's friend Jared. That is the back of Savannah's head in the picture and her and Jared were having a great conversation through the window.
July 6- Savannah was so excited to hang out in her playhouse with all of her friends--- as you can see! This is a shot of her playing peekaboo with Claire through the window.
July6- This is Savannah's super cool friend, Kira. Savannah recently had some of her friends over to play & Kira was sporting these very hip sunglasses-- doesn't she look cute?!!
July 4- These two adorable little girls are our neighbor Grace & our friend Madeline. They are just about the same age and had so much fun playing together at the block party.
July 4- We had a great block party on our street to celebrate the 4th. We brought out the kiddie pools & a jump house... all the kids had a blast. Here is a picture of Savannah in the jump house-- she had so much fun running back & forth bouncing off the walls like a professional wrestler. She goes by the moniker HAMMERHEAD when she is in the RING.
Here are some pictures of Savannah on her bike. She loves to cruise up & down the street with the neighborhood kids. As you can see, she is quite comfortable on her bike and can even ride one-handed so that she can Signal...or stick her finger up her nose
Every Friday night during the summer months, downtown Napa holds a great street fair/farmer's market called Chef's Market. We've been taking Savannah quite a bit this year as she really enjoys all the activity. Here are some cute pictures of her having fun with all the people, enjoying the music and taking a breather with Dad from shaking her bones to the Live Music.

June 14- Savannah really wants to do everything Mommy & Daddy do-- including working on the computer.
Today was a really windy day & Savannah discoverd that she could "blow" bubbles by simply holding the wand out in the wind. She entertained herself for quite sometime!!
Savannah recently got a new tricycle with a handle that allows us to push her around. We decided it would be a good idea to get her used to wearing a helmet, but she thought differently! For the first few weeks we couldn't get the helmet near her head, let alone put it on. However, today she decided that her princess helmet was really cool and chose to wear it almost all day long!

June 11- Savannah is getting so big-- it seems like over the last few weeks she has really grown out of the baby phase & is becoming quite the little lady! She will happily say cheese & poses when she sees the camera-- as you can tell from this picture. She has also become very independent & wants to do everything like Mommy & Daddy--all by herself! She can tell you what a pig & dog say and also show you where her eyes, nose & mouth are. She is so much fun & we enjoy every minute of the day with her!!!
June 10-Savannah loves to help Mommy & Daddy. Here she is "helping" Mommy empty the dishwasher!
The trip to Italy would not have been complete without a gondola ride in Venice. Here we are on the gondola with our friends Jody & Brian.
This is a picture of a clock tower in San Marco Square. The clock was originally built in the 15th century & has been in the process of being repaired and renovated for quite some time. The newly restored tower was revealed while we were in Venice.
We ended our trip in Venice. It is truly amazing that the city exists without any cars or roadways-- just canals & boats. Here are some pictures of the canals.
This is Lake Toblino in Trento. We had dinner at Maso Toresella, which is a castle that sits right on Lake Toblino. Like everything else-- it was beautiful!
